About this opportunity
Roblox is seeking a Technical Developer Connections Manager to support and scale its creator ecosystem. This role involves acting as a trusted technical partner to high-impact creators, providing guidance, resolving issues, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Roblox Studio, performance optimization, and live-operations troubleshooting.
Who can apply
- 5+ years of experience in game development or interactive experience development.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience building on Roblox and/or comparable creator platforms.
- Deep understanding of the Roblox platform, Roblox Studio, and the creator ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in performance optimization, debugging, and profiling for live games or experiences.
- Proficiency in Lua, including scripting for tooling, automation, or diagnostics; familiarity with Python, C#, and .NET is a plus.
