About this opportunity
Pelican Music is seeking a part-time Drumkit Teacher for their new premises in Stoke Newington, London. The role involves providing 1:1 and group tuition to students aged 4-16, with flexible hours available. Applicants should have a strong musical background, teaching experience with children, and relevant qualifications.
Who can apply
- Requires a degree in music or equivalent, Grade 8 or equivalent on first instrument, competency in music theory, improvisation and sight reading, at least 6 months' experience teaching children, a clean criminal record and current enhanced DBS check, right to work in the UK, and be a member of a relevant union or have public liability insurance.
- Proficiency with keyboard skills is a plus.
