About this opportunity
Flint is seeking an independent Educator to develop and implement educational, participatory, and talent development projects for their 50th-anniversary celebration in 2027. This role involves connecting the community, schools, and artists with Flint, working approximately 8 hours per week from December 2026 to October 2027.
Who can apply
- Requires a Chamber of Commerce registration and working as an independent entrepreneur.
- Must be available from December 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027.
- Demonstrable experience in developing cultural education, participatory, and/or talent development projects within the cultural sector.
- Knowledge of primary and/or secondary education and relevant educational objectives and developments in cultural education.
- Ability to translate artistic and cultural themes into appealing educational concepts for various target groups.
- Experience in qualitatively developing and guiding educational projects.
