About this opportunity
The Ryedale Festival is seeking a part-time Development Officer to build fundraising capacity, focusing on trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, and sponsorship. This role involves researching opportunities, building relationships with donors and partners, and producing strong applications and reports to sustain the festival's ambitions. The position is initially a 12-month fixed-term appointment with potential for growth.

- Experience of fundraising, development or preparing grant applications.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to make a persuasive case for support.
