About this opportunity
This opportunity is for visual artists residing in specific Massachusetts counties to apply for the 2026 Boston Artadia Awards. Three selected artists will each receive an unrestricted $15,000 award to support their practice. Applications are open from August 15 to September 15, 2026.
Who can apply
- Must be a contemporary visual artist who has lived and worked within Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties for the last two consecutive years.
- Must not be currently enrolled in or planning to attend an art-related degree program.
- Must not be related to Artadia staff or directors.
- Must not have previously received an Artadia or The Art Council award of $10,000 or more.
