About this opportunity

Montpellier 2028 invites visual artists and musicians to participate in an eight-week residency at Aniane Abbey and across the Hérault Valley, France, from January to April 2027. Artists will create site-responsive works through community engagement, sound collection, and interdisciplinary experimentation, culminating in two public presentations. Each selected artist receives €6,000 and full logistical support.
