About this opportunity

The Democracy Foundation in Kuldīga, Latvia, invites six international applicants from European countries to participate in the interdisciplinary Democracy Residency ‘European Dream’ 2027. Participants will develop community-engaged activities for the Kuldīga Democracy Festival and receive a 1,000 EUR stipend plus a 1,000 EUR activity budget. The residency runs from August 3–23, 2027.
