About this opportunity
Waterfront Toronto is seeking Canadian artists or artist teams to create a temporary floating public artwork for Harbour Square Park Basin in summer 2027. The theme 'OUT OF SCALE; Larger than Life on the Water' invites proposals that transform familiar forms through scale, context, and interaction with water, emphasizing wonder, curiosity, and public engagement. Submissions are due December 3, 2026.
