The Oregon Shakespeare Festival is seeking an Associate General Manager to support operational strategy, contracting, and real estate management. This full-time role involves overseeing operational leadership, contract and vendor management, and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of management experience, strong communication skills, and experience in operational coordination.
