About this opportunity
ExxonMobil is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver training for Microsoft 365 and Viva. This role involves creating learning materials and facilitating virtual sessions for a global workforce, with a focus on improving collaboration and productivity.
Who can apply
- 5+ years of dedicated experience in corporate learning & development, technical training, or user enablement, with a focused track record in enterprise software adoption.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering structured training curricula specifically for the Microsoft 365 suite, including: Core Tools (Required): Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Viva Modules: Direct experience with Viva Engage, Viva Learning, or Viva Insights (or demonstrated ability to ramp up rapidly).
