About this opportunity

Tsopani, a mountain-inspired apparel and guided experiences brand based in Boulder, Colorado, is seeking a hands-on Product Developer to lead technical apparel from concept to production. The role requires 7–15+ years of experience in outdoor performance wear, with responsibilities spanning design, sourcing, costing, factory management, and quality control. Candidates must be available to work in Boulder two days per week.
