About this opportunity
Spelman College is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Theatre Design and Production to join its Department of Theatre & Performance. The role emphasizes teaching, mentorship, and leadership in design and technical theatre within a liberal arts context, with a 3/3 teaching load integrating classroom instruction and applied production work. The position begins in Fall 2027.
