About this opportunity
AYON Studio, a New York-based firm specializing in architecture and historic preservation, is seeking a Project Architect. The role involves managing projects from design to construction, with a focus on existing and designated landmark buildings. Ideal candidates have 7-10 years of experience, proficiency in Revit, and experience with NYC landmarks commission and building department submissions.
Who can apply
- Minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of previous experience working at an architectural office.
- Proficiency and professional experience with BIM (Revit) is mandatory.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is required.
- Architectural registration is not required, but demonstrated progress towards completion of the ARE exams is a must.
- Experience with projects in NYC, including involvement with all project phases and submission to LPC and DOB.
