About this opportunity
A world-class cultural landmark in Abu Dhabi is seeking an exceptional Training Manager to build and lead the Visitor Experience team. This role involves crafting the onboarding process for a large Front of House workforce, designing engaging training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and guest engagement.
Who can apply
- 5+ years of training Visitor Experience teams, guides or facilitators.
- Museum, contemporary art or cultural institution experience (strongly preferred).
- A track record of delivering large-scale onboarding and training programmes.
- Excellent planning skills and comfort juggling multiple programmes and stakeholders.
- Experience managing or supervising training professionals.
- A gift for making complex content simple, vivid and memorable.
- Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills.
- Experience with learning platforms and both digital and classroom training.
