About this opportunity
The Palm Springs Preferred Small Hotels Artist in Residence Program invites photographers passionate about architecture, desert environments, and storytelling to document and interpret the city's boutique hotels. Selected artists will undertake 1-2 week residencies in Fall 2026 and Winter 2027, receiving a stipend, lodging, and opportunities for exhibition and mentorship.
Who can apply
- Photographers 18 years of age or older residing in one of the following Southern California Counties: San Bernardino, Riverside, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Imperial, San Diego or Ventura (Initial residency invitations will prioritize photographers from the Coachella Valley and surrounding regions).
