Compensation
80%-tewerkstelling met een contract van bepaalde duur van 1 januari 2027 tot en met 31 december 2027. Bij realisatie van de voorziene subsidiëring beogen we vanaf 1 januari 2028 een omzetting naar een contract van onbepaalde duur. We verlonen volgens de cao van het Paritair Comité 304 aangevuld met een aantrekkelijk pakket extralegale voordelen, waaronder maaltijdcheques, een hospitalisatieverzekering, een telefoonabonnement, glijdende werkuren, de mogelijkheid tot gedeeltelijk thuiswerk en toegang tot onze voorstellingen.
