About this opportunity
n8n is seeking an experienced Product Design Manager to lead their Product Design team. This role focuses on developing designers, improving work quality, and ensuring design has significant influence on product direction. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing product designers in a product-led technology company.
Who can apply
- Proven design management experience (3+ years) with a team of five or more.
- Must not be a first management role.
- Experience running effective 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback conversations.
- Experience building or improving a career progression framework for designers.
- Experience coaching and mentoring, running critiques, and growing designers.
- Strong design taste and judgment.
- Experience hiring designers consistently well.
- AI fluency and hands-on experience with AI tools.
