About this opportunity

The City of Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs offers the COLA-IMAP grant to mid-career artists in visual, literary, performing, and graphic design fields for the creation of a new solo project. Applicants must be residents of Los Angeles County with at least 15 years of professional experience (8 for choreographers/dancers) and submit proposals by November 13, 2026. Selected artists receive $10,000 and may be featured in a city-produced catalog and public exhibitions.
