About this opportunity
GitLab is seeking a Lead/Principal Journey Architect to design and own end-to-end customer journeys that drive retention, engagement, and revenue outcomes. The role involves creating service blueprints, defining AI-assisted and human-led touchpoints, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact in a fully remote, global environment.
Who can apply
- Senior experience in customer journey design, service design or digital customer success.
- Experience in business-to-business software as a service is helpful, as is domain knowledge of DevOps or DevSecOps.
