The European Festivals Fund for Emerging Artists (EFFEA) call #5 supports residencies in 2027 for emerging artists across Europe and beyond. Organized by the European Festivals Association (EFA), this initiative offers grants of 8,000 EUR for 'Discovery' residencies and 15,000 EUR for 'Springboard' residencies to foster international development and new audiences for artists.
