About this opportunity
Mezuro is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer to build and ship their AI compliance product for regulated industries. This role involves owning both frontend and backend development, including data modeling, infrastructure, and customer integrations. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of production software experience, strong full-stack skills in Python and a modern frontend framework, and experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.
Who can apply

- Strong full-stack skills: a modern frontend framework (we use React/TypeScript) and backend services in Python (we use FastAPI with Postgres), including API design, relational data modeling, and schema migrations.
- You care how an interface looks and feels, and you've shipped frontends people enjoy using.
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure and CI/CD experience.
- You've set up environments, pipelines, and deploys yourself, ideally on AWS with infrastructure as code.
