About this opportunity
This residency program, 'SHIN – TONE,' invites animation and manga creators to Nagano Prefecture, Japan. Participants will engage in creative activities inspired by the region's nature and culture, with support for activity fees, accommodation, and domestic travel. The program aims to foster interaction between artists and the local community, culminating in a stay of up to 9 nights between December 2026 and December 2027.
