About this opportunity
The Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra is seeking a Development and Operations Director to lead its fundraising, operations, and audience development during a period of growth. This senior leadership role involves working closely with the CEO and Board to ensure financial stability and enhance the orchestra's profile. The position is full-time or 0.75 FTE, based in Brighton with hybrid flexibility, offering a salary of £45,000–£55,000.
