Headway Arts is seeking an inspiring and artistically ambitious Creative Director to lead the creative vision of their award-winning arts organisation. This role involves developing bold creative programmes, supporting artists and participants, and building partnerships, with a focus on inclusive practices and working with neurodivergent individuals and those with learning disabilities.
