About this opportunity
The Confederation Centre of the Arts is seeking an Assistant Technical Director to manage technical aspects of their rental program and support the summer repertory season. This role involves advancing incoming shows, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring safe and efficient production operations.
Who can apply
- Three or more years of experience in technical theatre or live event production.
- Diploma or degree in technical theatre or production, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Working knowledge of stage lighting, audio, video, and rigging systems.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Clear, professional communication.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and extended hours.
- A valid driver’s licence.
