About this opportunity

The Democracy Foundation in Kuldīga, Latvia, invites six interdisciplinary practitioners from Europe to participate in the 'European Dream' residency as part of Liepāja’s European Capital of Culture 2027 programme. Participants will develop community-engaged activities for the Kuldīga Democracy Festival, with full accommodation, a stipend, and project funding provided. The residency runs from August 3–23, 2027.
