The Fall Celebration Market is an outdoor pop-up event hosted by the Grand Rapids Downtown Market on September 20, 2026, welcoming artists and vendors selling various handmade fall items. Participants can secure covered or uncovered booths, with fees ranging from $75-$100, plus a $15 application fee, and will be juried on a rolling basis.
Who can apply
- Vendors will be juried on a rolling basis and notified within two weeks of applying.
- Vendors accepted for the Fall Celebration Market will not be accepted as vendors in other 2026 Grand Rapids Downtown Market public markets or events, and will be limited to no more than four Downtown Market vendor events in 2026.
- Food vendors must carry applicable food licenses and products must be prepared or packaged in a licensed kitchen.
- Foods prepared under Cottage Food Law, food and beverage for immediate consumption, mobile food establishments, and Special Transitory Food Units are not allowed.
