The Communication Arts Photography Competition is a prestigious international juried competition for photographers. It honors creative work published or produced between March 2026 and March 2027, with winners featured in the Communication Arts Photography Annual and online. Entries are judged by a panel of industry professionals, and no cash prize is offered, but winning entries receive an Award of Excellence and certificates.
Who can apply
- Entries may originate from any country.
- Any photograph first published or produced from March 2026 through March 2027 is eligible.
- Descriptions in English are very important to the judges.
- Student Work category is limited to projects created for a school assignment; personal unpublished work must instead be submitted in the Unpublished category.
- AI text-to-image generated submissions will not be accepted.
