About this opportunity
The Edmonton Arts Council is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to manage HR operations including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and recruitment. This full-time, in-person role requires 5+ years of HR experience and strong knowledge of HRIS and relevant legislation.
Who can apply
- Requires a background with educational background in Human Resource Management with at least five years of related hands-on experience across all HR functions in a mission-based organization of a similar size and complexity.
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle payroll, benefits administration, and disability management programs.
- Experience preparing related reports, recommendations and implementation plans.
- Experience in providing advice and HR consultation to supervisors.
