About this opportunity

Lotus Bakeries UK is seeking a Lead Packaging Production Designer to join their in-house Creative Studio. This role involves leading and developing packaging production, maintaining technical standards, and artworking across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in packaging artwork and production, deep technical knowledge, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Who can apply

Ideally 10 years + professional experience.
Strong hands-on experience in packaging artworking and production, ideally within FMCG or consumer brands.
Deep technical knowledge of packaging and print production.
Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills.
Experience working closely with printers, repro houses and production suppliers.
Experience using AI tools and workflow automation in a creative, production or packaging environment will be highly valued.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A positive, collaborative and hands-on attitude.
