About this opportunity

The 4th Matsu Biennial, taking place on the Matsu Islands, Taiwan, is inviting international artists for an open call. Artists are encouraged to submit creative proposals addressing Matsu's Cold War legacy and cultural preservation, responding to the environment, sparking contemporary reflection, and engaging the public. Selected projects, which can be site-specific installations or participatory art, will receive a grant of up to 800,000 NTD.
