About this opportunity
The 'Atmospheric Waves' festival, part of Liepaja – ECOC 2027, invites artists to submit original sound art, installation, or interactive art concepts. Projects should respond to Liepaja's wind and climate conditions, fostering public engagement and sensorial listening. Selected artists will receive production budgets, artist fees, and a production residency.
Who can apply
- Seeks original concepts and ideas for sound art works that respond to the wind and climate conditions of Liepaja.
- Will select 5 art projects for a public-space exhibition.
