About this opportunity
Cultural Horizons is offering subgrants of 5,000 – 20,000 EUR to EU-based artistic and cultural organizations to implement residency and cooperation projects with Ukrainian artists and cultural professionals in 2027. The program aims to strengthen the cultural sector in Ukraine and foster EU-Ukrainian collaborations.
