Kakilang is seeking one UK-based artist of East and Southeast Asian heritage with a conceptual or visual arts practice to develop a new body of work for a public presentation in spring 2027. The programme, guided by the "zero material" manifesto, encourages unorthodox approaches to art-making informed by diasporic experience.
