- Monthly salary RMB 10,000-15,000 (pre-tax) + Extra salary (Year-end Bonus, Box office Share, Commercial Concerts Allowance, Annuity Bonus) + free dormitory and shuttle bus + paid annual vacation (approx. 30 days) + travel reimbursement (one-way economy-class ticket). A twelve-month salary a year.
