MONO NO AWARE is the 20th annual exhibition of expanded cinema, showcasing moving image art on Super 8mm, 16mm, 35mm, or altered light projections. The festival is non-competitive and provides travel stipends and accommodations for selected artists. Submissions are accepted for film, installation, sculpture, and performance art incorporating projected elements.
