An award-winning creative agency is seeking an experienced Lead Designer to shape creative output and lead projects from concept to delivery. This role requires a highly conceptual and hands-on creative leader with expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, working a hybrid model in Kent.
Who can apply
- Proven experience in a Senior Designer, Lead Designer or similar design-led role within an agency environment.
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to develop ideas for others to execute.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent typography, layout, branding and visual communication skills.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering work from concept through to launch.
