About this opportunity

The Democracy Foundation in Kuldīga, Latvia, invites six international applicants from diverse European backgrounds to participate in a three-week residency focused on reimagining democracy through experiential, participatory activities. Participants will develop creative projects for the Kuldīga Democracy Festival (August 2027), supported by accommodation, a €1,000 stipend, and an additional €1,000 budget per person for activity implementation.
