- Salary Structure: Monthly salary + Extra salary. Monthly salary ranges from ≥RMB 10,000 to ≥RMB 15,000 (pre-tax) depending on position. Additional compensation includes year-end bonus, box office share, commercial concerts allowance, and annuity bonus. Annual salary is 12 months. Other benefits include free dormitory, shuttle bus, paid annual vacation (approx. 30 days), and travel reimbursement.
