About this opportunity

The Royal Docks Originals Engineers residency supports up to three creative practitioners from any art form in developing a significant project over 11 months (December 2026 – October 2027). Selected artists receive a £35,000 commission, production support, and a platform to present their work at the Royal Docks Originals Festival in September 2027, with community engagement embedded throughout. The programme prioritises local practitioners and aims to strengthen the area’s cultural ecosystem.
