About this opportunity

The National Festival of Making CIC invites artists from the UK and Ireland to apply for two paid residencies with manufacturers in Lancashire—Crown Paints and Fox’s Burton’s Companies UK—as part of its Art in Manufacturing programme. Artists will collaborate with skilled workforces between January and June 2027, developing new works presented at the 10th Anniversary Festival in Blackburn (25–27 June 2027). Applications close 23 November 2026.
