Moongig is seeking a Mid-Senior Level HR Business Partner to build and lead its people function as the company scales. The role involves full ownership of HR operations, org design, talent acquisition, performance management, and labor compliance in the Philippine context, with direct partnership to founders. This is a hands-on position ideal for an experienced HR professional passionate about shaping startup culture and systems.
Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; at least 6 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HR business partner or senior generalist; experience in startup or fast-growing company; knowledge of Philippine labor law and compliance; experience with payroll, benefits, and statutory remittances; ability to manage people metrics and communicate effectively in English and Filipino.
