About this opportunity
This is a job opportunity for a Data Design Manager at Kingfisher in Kraków, Poland. The role requires leading a team of Data Designers, ensuring high-quality data warehouse designs, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates should possess strong skills in SQL, ETL, data modeling, and data warehousing, coupled with proven experience in team leadership and effective communication.

- Proven experience of leading a small to medium sized team to achieve or exceed expectations.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in mentoring/coaching colleagues.
- An ability to constructively challenge decisions, introducing possible alternate perspectives.
- Effective communication skills, in a style which elicits trust.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate-level SQL querying.
- 2 years experience as a data modeller or 5 years experience of working with data in data warehouses.
