About this opportunity
The DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program 2028 offers established international artists in film, literature, and music & sound a 6- to 12-month residency in Berlin with a monthly stipend, furnished housing, and travel coverage. Applications are open until December 15, 2026, and include a collective fellowship option for up to three musicians.
Who can apply
- Established international artists in film, literature, or music & sound; not open to emerging artists;
- German nationals and those living primarily in Germany (unless registered within 15 months) are excluded; one collective fellowship available for up to 3 people in music & sound only.
